Tomorrow we have the world exclusive first play on BBC Radio 2 for Jack Savoretti’s new single ‘Candlelight’ with Ken Bruce. This is the first single to be taken from his highly anticipated sixth studio album ‘Singing To Strangers’. With this being such an exciting occasion we thought we’d take a moment to reflect on the success we have had with Jack throughout the years.
This is the 25th single we have taken to radio with Jack with 12 singles going on the BBC Radio 2 A-list (including Dreamers, Between The Minds, Gypsy Love, The Other Side of Love, Back Where I Belong, Whiskey Tango), 6 on the B-list (including Knock Knock, Take Me Home, Tie Me Down) and 3 on the C-list (including I’m Yours and Breaking The Rules). In addition we’ve had countless interviews and sessions including appearances with Janice Long, Chris Evans, Ken Bruce, Sir Terry Wogan, Steve Wright, Jo Whiley, Zoe Ball, Sara Cox, Graham Norton, Michael Ball and Dermot O’leary.
Our last album campaign for ‘Sleep No More’ saw 16,847 radio plays with 348.2 million impacts across national and regional radio. Jack’s last two albums were Top 10 releases and also received Gold certification, something which we hope to see and more for this incredible new album.
